Well done. But I personally am not a fan of the snow theme. I think it has been used too much on lots of armies & figures I have at least looked at recently.
The only things I could suggest would be, try to get the snow to drop in a more organic pattern. It almost looks too neat in the pics above.
And....have you considered a light dusting on the raised parts of the model as well? Such as the tops of the haunches and cracks. Just like a roof.

I like the snow base. A nice contrast to the red of Khorne.
